Adolescence is a critical stage of physical development, when rapid growth and everyday habits can contribute to concerns such as forward head posture, rounded shoulders and poor body alignment. Our Posture Training program combines professional alignment exercises, core strengthening, flexibility and body-awareness training to help children develop healthy posture, balanced movement and confident physical presence throughout their growing years.

  • Posture & Alignment

Targeted training to improve everyday posture, shoulder and spinal alignment, core stability and body control.
