What each room is

Off-peak is weekdays before 5pm. Everything else — evenings and weekends — is the peak rate.

  • Three views of the function room: the full hall with a mirrored end wall and sprung timber floor, and two smaller views of the same room under stage lighting with black drapes and a lighting rig

  • Parties and events that include catering incur an additional cleaning fee.
  • Bump in and out exceeding 20 minutes incurs an additional AUD 20 per half hour.

Before you write

How much does it cost to hire a room?
From $30 to $100 an hour, depending on the room and the time. Off-peak is weekdays before 5pm; evenings and weekends are the peak rate. Rates as at January 2026.
How big are the spaces?
5 spaces from 27 to 150 square metres: Function room (150 m²), Room 2 (47 m²), Room 1 (32 m²), Room 3 & Room 4 (27 m²), Workshop space (80 m²).
What can be added to a booking?
LED screen at $50 an hour, and stage lighting at $30 an hour, in the rooms that list them.
Are there conditions?
